- What are warnings signs or triggers are there that make me feel more out of control?
- What have I done in the past that helped?
- what I will do to help calm and soothe myself?
- what will I tell myself ( reasons for living and other reminders)?
- What would I say to a close friend who was feeling this way?
Then it has who will you contract when your in trouble
- friend/family member
- Backup person

- A safe place that I or you can go? Hospital, friends place, family members ?
- Go to emergency Department at the nearest hospital
- if you feel that I can't get to the hospital safely , call 9.1.1 and request transportation to the hospital. they will send someone to transport me safely?
